Rule 165

Purchases should be made in accordance with the charity's procurement guidelines

(1) Regardless of what is written elsewhere in this regulation, when purchasing in accordance with the grant or loan agreement between the Government of Nepal or a local body and a donor organization, the purchase may be made in accordance with the procurement guidelines of that party.
(2) Irrespective of what is written in sub-rule (1), there shall be no objection to purchase in accordance with this rule with the consent of the charitable organization.
